In Spagna, il Sistema Nazionale degli Obblighi di Efficienza Energetica (SNOEE) \u00e8 stato creato dall’art. 69 della legge 18\/2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

La legge stabilisce che i soggetti obbligati (SO) sono i seguenti:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Societ\u00e0 di commercio di gas ed elettricit\u00e0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Operatori di prodotti petroliferi<\/li>\n
  • Operatori di vendita all’ingrosso di gas di petrolio liquefatti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Lo SNOEE obbliga questi Soggetti Obbligati (SO) a impegnarsi a risparmiare energia con le loro vendite annuali. Questo impegno pu\u00f2 essere assolto attraverso contributi finanziari al Fondo Nazionale per l’Efficienza Energetica e attraverso l’utilizzo di Certificati di Risparmio Energetico (ESC). <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
